We LOVE Happy Hour!

Happy Hour is such a special time in Room 8 as we play with our friends and share our toys. 

Our special visit to kindy for Halloween

We had such a fun spooky time visiting Botany Downs kindergarten last Thursday for Halloween. We watched as Bronwyn made a Jack-o-lantern before our eyes and we even got to sing along and dance with our friends at the kindy. 

Thank you so very much for inviting us, Botany Kindy! We LOVED coming to see you all. 

Look who won a Road safety certificate in our room this week!

Well done, Z S-B! You were caught being "Road Smart". 

This term we are learning about Endangered animals and what we can do to help them. We have a visit planned to Auckland Zoo and we are excited about that. We are excited to see the animals. We love animals in Room 8!

Sign Language this week

The sign language we are learning this week is how to say Good Morning. We need to add the sign language for "good" (we learnt this last week) in front of the morning sign.

Please practice this at home with your whanau and try saying "Good morning" in sign when you wake up. You can also greet me in this way during the roll.

Assembly this week! Week 6.

Just a notice to let you know that we are on Assembly this Friday at 9.05am, sharp!

We are all very excited and will be bringing home our lines to practice at home, as well as school.
